Hi Income Flippers,
I just returned from my company advance, and our theme for 2024 is Micro Habits, Macro Vision.
As part of the advance, I gifted everyone the book: The 12-Week Year: Get More Done in 12 Weeks than Others do in 12 months.
The book provides a focused framework to help us stay on track with our long-term and short-term goals.
Let's be honest, most of us suck at sticking to the plan because we don't focus on the micro daily habits to help us reach our big goals.
In this newsletter, in 5 minutes or less, I will break down some of my key business goals so that you can get a sneak peek into how I'm applying the lessons I learned from the book to my daily life, (it's also a way to internalize and hold myself accountable) in hopes you will do the same.

The Compelling Vision
I am fortunate...I love what I do.
I would be miserable if I didn't have the ability to build businesses and develop leaders, so I see myself doing the same thing I am doing today at 100x its current size in the future. I have fully turned over the day-to-day operations to my key leaders/partners and I am focused more on thought leadership, strategic partnerships, and investments.
Kim and I travel extensively mixing work with pleasure as we visit offices, locations, and investments all over the world.
The first half of the day is my most creative so I focus on creating content, pouring into people, and setting the strategic vision.
The second half of the day is focused on family, friends, and health. Yoga is an active part of my daily life and keeps me strong and focused.
Money flows to us in avalanches of abundance and provides us with the resources to create impact in the areas that matter most to us.
Our house is filled with love, family, friendships, and laughter.
The 3-Year Goal (Business)
• 50 offices
• 250 talented team members
• 37 million in revenue
1-Year Goal
• 16 offices (currently at 10)
• 10 million in revenue
• 30 new agent investment team members HQ shares/fund
12 Week Goal
• Identify 2 new office leaders/Area Directors.
• Hire a recruiter.
• Hire 5 new agent-investor agents.
• Finish the rough draft of the book and playbook.
• Release 12 podcast episodes.
• Write 12 newsletters.
• Speak to an attorney about HQ.
Next Steps
My weekly actions are the predictors of my future.
That means that I need to schedule the daily and weekly habits and activities to hit my goals.
1) 1 conversation a day with a new potential office leader/partner.
2) 1 conversation a day with a new potential Recruiter/Director of Growth.
3) 1 interview a day with an agent-investor agent.
4) Write a minimum of 1 hour a day.
5) Record 1 new podcast a week.
6) Write 1 new newsletter a week.
7) Mastermind and speak with a leader.
My calendar will look as follows:
Daily
• 6 am - 7:30 am, write.
• 9 am - 10 am, speak to a new potential partner.
• 10 am - 11 am, interview recruiters/ future talent.
• 1 pm - 2 pm, interview agent-investor agents.
Weekly
• Newsletter is due Tuesday by 5 pm.
• Podcast is scheduled for Wednesday at 11 am.
Mastermind weekly with a leader doing 50 million or more a year in revenue.
As you can see, I have designed my morning to focus on getting the most important things done first. This is when I find I have the most energy.
The next step is to squad up with other leaders that have big goals and hold each other accountable on a weekly basis.
